Locum tenens (Latin for “holding the place”) refers to a Dentist (DMD/DDS) who temporarily substitutes for another dental provider. Locum tenens assignments can be for as little as one shift or extend for many months. Locum Tenens Dentists fill an important need by enabling dental facilities to provide services that would not otherwise be available to their patients.
Our Dentist is a general practitioner and can perform a variety of procedures.

Root canal therapy, including molars
Dentures (complete and removable)

The only cost associated with our service is the fee of the dental provider and there are no placement fees. Our dentist works on a daily rate or percentage of production, whichever is greater. Our goal is to provide your organization with flexibility while maintaining its profitability.
We are not a staffing agency. The dentist contracts directly with your office

You will receive IRS Form W-9 from the dental provider upon completion of your booking. Once services are rendered, an invoice will be sent to the email we have on file. For long-term/part-time assignments, payment schedules can be arranged with your locum dentist.
Several payment options will be available to pay the final invoice (credit card, debit card, bank transfer, ACH).
You are able to cancel your scheduled booking through your confirmation email. If an assignment is booked, confirmed and canceled within 3 days of booking, there is no penalty.
