Our Fee Structure

Local Offices: $1,500 or 35% of adjusted production, whichever is greater. 

Non-Local Offices (>40mi from zip code 60422): $1,700 or 35% of adjusted production, whichever is greater.

Non-Local Offices (>80mi from zip code 60422): $2,000 or 35% of adjusted production, whichever is greater.

*If you require coverage for multiple dates, simply book the first day needed, and input additional days in the final section of the booking form.
